Have had this on my teruck for about 2 years now.
It allows me to get to my amp on the back wall.
Great little mod and there are no safety concerns, with seatss folding up in the event of a crash either, as has been said on other forums.
There is more than enough of the seat hook engaging into the wall hook, to not worry about it.
