Yep, I had mine done last Friday. They replaced the drip seals on both sides due to a defect. Below is the link to the TSB. If you are still under the 3/36 warranty, they will replace it for free. If not, it will cost you. Mine was $116 for the parts and 30 minutes worth of work.

If you don't want to spend the money and waste your time you can adjust the door yourself in about 15 mins.I had to do this to all my doors about a year ago and they don't leak, howl ect with no problems with them at all.

The service manager at Dodge did give me a tip on how to fix it myself which I tried and sure enough it worked. I read all the posts and suprisingly no one even thought of it. Wtf? Why not share the "real" fix with the rest of the Dodge community? Thats silly.

They did come out with replacement door seals. There is a TSB on this. These in combination of properly installed and adjusted doors will keep any air leaks out. Now if your doors are bent from trying to wedge things in between them to unlock them if you locked your keys on the inside, well then they are bent or warped and thats another issue.

Thanks weed, thats good to know! I get air squeeking through quite often.

I bet new seals would be a much better way to "fix" the issue then what lstough pm'd me hahahaha:

Josh E ; Open the door full. Put a jack, like a motorcycle jack under the door close to the end. Jack the door up bending the hinges and where the hinges mount. By doing this the top hinge bends in and the bottom hinge bends out slightly. Now when the door closes the top of the door where it seals will be closer to the door frame causing the rubber to compress more thus making a tighter seal. This worked for me on both doors but must be repeated occasionally as the doors get sprung again. Don't be afraid to really jack with some force but be careful to place the jack so as to distribute the force to over at least a foot so as to not bend the metal on the bottom of the door as the skin is beer-can thick. Good luck.

Oh, and where does a guy get these "new" seals? Parts store, or dealer only item?
