iv got a 2004 dodge ram 1500 i just put 4.56 gears in my rear but im having trouble with it going into overdrive when im wide open i dont have a chip or pcm flashed could that be the problem? iv got 81,000 miles i changed the tranny fluid and filter just the other day didnt help any any of yall have any ideas?

gears requier a break in time so when you say "wide open " that worries me . if you have ben running wide open like you said you just wasted money im lol at you!!

well iv got round bout 2,000 miles on them already i waited around bout 500-900 b4 i started running it again and when i say wide open iv got it to the floor far as it will go

sumtime but when it does i have to pick my foot up off the accelerator just a lil bit and it will shift in sumtimes but far as driving in easy and normal it shifts in fine but when i race well you know lol u have it to the floor.
