Because some of us are 6'3" 230 pounds, love going fast, but have trouble getting into a car. Most people who buy Rams don't haul/tow anything anyway.

I'm 6'3" and 210lbs. I have no trouble getting in./out of my Mustang that sits 3" off the ground. I haven't met one person that bought their truck not to use it as a truck. Trucks are alot of money for what you get. There's a lot more luxury and sports handling cars that come equipt with far more for the dollar than a truck would. My personal opinon is that trucks are for work or Offroad. Not to bop around town in or race up/down the highway.

I can see lowering maybe 2" to drop the back level with the front, but not a full out body slam. That just looks stupid. Actually any body slam looks stupid IMO. All cars look stealth with a 1-1.5" fender/tire gap and trucks look nice with 2-3" fender gap. Anything less is silly and lumber wagon ride...lol

Actually I'm pretty sure it was over 70% of non commercial ram owners don't buy their trucks for haul/tow. Dodge relys on comfort, power, and good looks to sell their trucks, not towing capability's.

Do you have a size 16 shoe? I had a 2003 328 CI and i had to literally lift my legs in and out. Just use the truck as a daily driver and the cars for pleasure. The *** up look on trucks is so they have room for movement when towing. I never tow anything, so I'm putting 2" drop on the rear to level it. My truck is undergoing a overhaul right now. If it were a 2wd, I'd put a 2-4 drop.

This truck is a 4wd with a 2-4
