Default engine noise
My 08 Ram1500 5.7 Hemi seems to make at tapping noise from engine when idling. Is this normal

Yep, do a search for "HEMI tick" its pretty common. It does no damage, its just annoying.

I have had the Hemi tick since 400miles. It's the valve guides.
