Default 06 2500 help

I just got a 2006 dodge 2500 hd ram, in long bed, 4x4,with a hemi, and auto- matic
I am looking to change all the fluids, but cannot find any help with the amounts and what fluids need to be used where!( trans/transfer, and differentials)

also, it has a some sloppy rear u-joints,
I want to replace, any one know what the best replacement u joints would be?

I appreciate all and any advice you guys can offer
