I personally think that if you are going to go with a larger tire and any form of a lift that it looks better with 17's.

Are 17's a common size for trucks? I do know tires for 20's are spendy.

A lot of truck tires come in 17's and a good number of 3rd gen Rams came with 17's stock.

also, tire shops don't like to work on 20 inch wheels, they don't have machines that work with them, and tires run about 200 dollars more.

Thanks I have been leaning on going with a smaller rim, with a bigger tire.

Go with 17's, you wont be disappointed. What about 18's? Meet in the middle... not really. ok, 18.5's? lol
