Im planning to do this myself and I have the engine, tran., differential, computer, and all wiring harnesses what else do i need to make the swap?
any help is appreciated.

Well.....in 2002 the PCM and TCM were separate modules. In 2004 they combined them into one module. I think in 2006 they changed either the wiring setup or the way the bus is setup (PCI to another style or something-or-other, someone correct me on this). The best possible donor vehicle for your truck would've been a 2003 w/hemi.
