I know everyone is going to get mad at me for this, but here is my opinion- It's not worth it. It will be a lot cheaper in the long run to just sell your truck and buy one with a 5.7. Even if you have a bunch of mods already. You'll spend 4 or 5 thousand by the time you're done and you will never get that money back out of it.

Keep your truck with the 4.7. There is a whole lot of oomph possible with that motor. Contact Nick over at airram.com. He is the KING of getting horsepower out of the 4.7.

I agree with the 'frog. The way I see it your options are:

1) Mod your 4.7, you cam make lots of HP with it with the right mods.

2) Trade it in on a Hemi.

3) Keep the 4.7 the way it is and start looking for a nice used 2nd Gen truck with the venerable old LA360 in it. They can be had cheap as hell since some are going on 15 years old now. Make it a project truck. Hell, that engine with a 408 Stroker in it would be an awesome ride!!!

Drop a hemi crate engine in it! This is my favorite off the site,
