Ghost flames anyone?
Has anyone here done any type of flames put on their truck or now of anyone that has?. I would like to se some pictures of Rams with flames specific ghost flames. Im thinking of having them done on my truck my truck is silver and the flames are going to be charcoal with white flames on top> or maybe just charcoal not sure.
If the flames aren't the same color as the rest of the truck then they aren't true ghost flames. To get ghost flames you shoot your main color, then mask off your flames and shoot a few more coats of the same color. That way you only notice the flames when the light hits at the right angle. Done properly it looks awesome. I always laughed when someone I worked with talked about doing dark purple "ghost flames" on her white Ford pickup.
I've seen flames done on Dodges that look awesome but don't have any pics to share.

You can add a pearl to the clear and shoot ghost flames. There is no right or wrong when it comes to the true definition of ghost flames. I bet when you laugh at things like this people are laughing at you behind your back...
If you cant spot the idiot in the group of people you are with, its because its you...
