For an easy hookup for the wiring you can do what I did and pull the cigar lighter out and put the switch that comes with the cutout in the hole. The cigar lighter hole is a perfect fit for the switch and it already has a stand alone fused power source with the two wires you need for the hookup.

I've been trying to be good and keep myself on a budget with the truck, and I just ordered ranchos, but you guys are making me want to order one soooooo bad.

Yeah, I know the feeling because I have spent so much money on my truck in the past year that I should feel ashamed...........but IM not!!

Its your truck and no one elses. No one else will love it the way you do.

You have nothing to be ashamed of, we all do it. Nothing wrong with wanting to make your truck into exactly what you want and like.

I was actually thinking of converting the "ash tray" (or in my case coin tray) in the dash next to the cup holders into a switch box so I can hide a few swtiches.

How much cable did you use for the harness? Im ordering it now and they are asking for cable length for the harness.

I ordered mine long and cut off the extra. I believe I ordered 25', 99% certain that is what I went with.
