As far as what is better, the dealer took a piece of Line-X and sanded some Rhino liner right off a used truck in the lot.... Needless to say I was sold!

I've heard postive things about both liners, but Rhino lining is better.

The Line-x is actually the better liner from what I've seen and experienced. I've know a couple friends that had to have their rhino liner repaired after moving furniture. They didn't even warranty the work.

Hey all. I know that this thread is a bit old but I'm new to the forum. My question is this....on the 2005 Ram there is no access to the tailgate assembly for the handle. You have to remove the bedliner in order to get to it right? What happens if you have, let's say, Line-X lining the tailgate and you have a problem with the latch. How do you fix it? Anyone know?

Oh yeah, what about the cleats in the bed? Do they put them back in?

Thanx

The cleats can be removed or sprayed over. Also, the access panel in the tail gate is removed and done seperately so it can still be used for access. Mine is a Line X. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Line-X. Under the rails cost me $455.82 in Round Rock, TX. Still perfect after hauling a bunch of stuff. (Washer, dryer, wood, cinder blocks, and horse ****. Of course, all not at the same time.).
Had the Rhino in a 2002 Nissan. Within a year it was faded and pealing.
