This code is for LR solenoid code, I have tested the solenoid from the pcm to solenoid and it has .354 M ohms and all the rest have 1.4 or right about there. I am now going to the plug on trans to make sure there is no problem from pcm to trans connector before taking pan off to check solenoid seperate. My question is: I want to check for short to ground on solenoid before taking pan off also. 2 wires to solenoid, test each wire with ohm meter to ground, is it that simple, and then if i want to check to power, I'm not sure how to go about that, Am i right on short to ground and if so help me out with short to power. AND if i'm wrong on the ground explain both to me thanks,
