How do you figure it's blasphemy? They found the ford body and wanted to make a tow rig out of it. Then they mentioned that the ford drivetrain wouldn't be up to the strain they would be putting on it. So they wanted to get a BETTER drivetrain, and they chose the Dodge. I see that as a compliment to Dodge.

I think they just look around the shop and say "let's figure out how to use all this crap on one build."

I mean, really, how does that project relate to anything their viewers may be considering? Next weeks show: Turn Your Chrysler LeBaron into a Rock Crawler

I wouldn't take it as a bad thing, if you liked on specific body style but the original equipment sucks *** why not upgrade to something better? They are basically saying that the ford drive train is worthless and want to "UPGRADE" it to something better. Honestly though I havent really been a fan of the show after the last host left. At least he did some good projects. I'll watch it every now and then to see what they are up to but for the most part nothing they have done since they started has really interested me any. I watch HorsePower and MuscleCar more than I watch Trucks now days

The last thing on trucks that interested me was when they got a 90's Lightning and an old 92ish 454 SS Chevy to hop up and run against each other. I never got to see all of it and it isn't worth it for me to buy the damn DVD.
