Alright, i just installed a pair of hella 500's behind my grill. But, im urging for more lighting. I've searched on here and found nothing. Has anyone purchased a CARR light bar for the roof. If so, can you provide some input and pics. Heres some links at the bars im looking at. Oh, the only thing i see is that you have to drill into the body to install the gutterless mounts.

both of those are the gutter mounts but i guess the question would be whaqt you are willing to do to your rig to mount one of these. I wouldn't drill into the body to mount one but thats MO.

 

not trying to discourage you but i had one of these on my 95 nissan hardbody d21, and ended up drilling holes and all the good stuff and took it off maybe a month later. ended up hating it. but thats just my personal experience.

 

I was thinking of using a Lund Racerback and mounting the lights on that but have not seen a picture of one for a 3rd Gen Ram yet to see if I like them. they don't even have a picture on Lunds site of one.

 

Does anybody else have any expierence with these light bars?
