Default Slick Shifting

I've been on here awhile and constantly here about how bad are transmissions are at being efficient. I remember reading on another post that the 5 speeds in the dodge rams lose about 30% and where as a nissan titans transmission loses only 12-15%. So I was wondering would it be better to get another manufactures transmission and bolt it up with a custom adapter(yes pricey). Or is there anyway where we could make our transmissions just as good as say a titans. Would adding a shift kit, performance valve body, torque converter, and torque reduction mod get us to the same level or would we need to do more?

No you wouldn't be able to bolt a diff manufacturers transmission because of the ecu functions and adaptability. Your better off just slapping a Procharger on and call it a day. You'll save more money and have way more power! That's my next move.

Powers nothing unless you can get it efficiently to the rear wheels
