Anyone having ordering issues with your cut-outs from DMH?

 

i was about to order my cutout this week from them. whats up?

 

I ordered mine Wednesday and had to call them up to pay for it cause their link was down and haven't heard anything from them yet. Nothing has been charged to my account, no confirmation email or reciept or anything like that.

 

so their paypal isnt working? bc thats what i was gonna use...

 

I was gonna use it too but its down. It takes you to an error page. But you have to fill out the order form and submit it then call and match your order and pay with a card over the phone. If I dont hear anything from them by tomorrow Im calling again to check on the order, I really wanted to have it in over the weekend

 

oh ok well thanks for the heads up ill just wait for them to fix it bc i really dont want to give my card info over the phone...

 

Huh, that is weird. They had very good service when I ordered form them.

 

Moes has it for the same price. we all know how quick they are

 

umm actually moes is 30 bucks more...
