How do you have a blown cylinder head? what blew? head gasket or valve seat drop? rocker arms fail or lifters collapse?

I had brought it to a mechanic, and he put a spark plug in wrong and ruined the threading causing a gap and leakage.

I wouldn't replace the head over that...I'd JB Weld the offending plug into the hole or heli coil it first. It has 2 plugs per cylinder not like its a big deal if you have to only use one side.

OMG, i have 04 5.7 HEMI. The sims are the same. My guy said i had no compression in #1. I'm just dealing and doing 500miles a week with trailer. Suck i don't like driving this way..
