Both links worked for me? I did read an article about Canada securing ALL waranties previous and current.....but at the Taxpayers expense. i doubt that would fly here in the US. The whole idea behind bankruptcy is to free the company of some debt, which means anyone who has given Chrysler money will feel the pain including you and I who purchased vehicles. I just see it being inevitable at this point although I did have hope just last week. Seems that the few companies that are being foolish not to sign the Restructuring Loan are going to cause all the grief.

yep. and they will get screwed in the end anyway cuz now a judge will decide what they get.

the news said its still going to be business as usual (if they get any) and that they plan to be under bankruptcy for 30-60 days

I'm more worried about the guys that will need parts. Just their 30 day plant shutdown created national backorders for lots of stuff. Nothing like owning a $40k truck and not being able to get a simple specific Dealer Only item.
I think it's times like this where the dealers should have to release all parts to be outsourced so that we can always have parts readily available.
