Just ordered some VHT nightshades...gonna try it on my stock 07 bubble lights!

someone try and find me a good DIY if you can, please....dont send me the "SEARCH" message, my internet is f'd up and I can't even hardly get any page up...thanks in advance! I'll take some pics after I do it (prbly on wednesday)

good choice, i did mine with the vht and love em.
here is what i did.
1. take brakelights and 3rd break light out of truck(if your doing the 3rd brake light)
2. i cleaned mine with windex and let them dry really good, some people have wet sanded them and all sorts of other stuff, the windex worked fine for me.
3.sprayed 3 coats of nightshades over everything letting each coat dry real good before doing the next coat.
4. after they were dry i applied 3 coats of duplicolor clear coat. and let that dry.
5. put the lights back on your truck and admire how bada$$ is looks.

you have different style brakelights than me but i dont think it should be a problem, just make sure you dont spray a coat too heavy or you will have runs. and definatly make sure the last coat you applied is dry before applying another coat.

yea those bumps are going to be a biatch for me for sure...Im prbly going to have to use more than one can and i only ordered one...

i doubt it, i did my brake lights and 3rd brake light and with the same can did my buddys s-10 brakes and 3rd brake lights and thats 3 coats on everything, and there is still over half a can left.
