Default Spring Cleaning

Finally got some time last week to catch up on some simple (I thought) matinence issues with my '05 4.7 Ram w/ 65K miles. Oil change, air filter, and throttlebody cleaning was super simple as always, bought some bosch platinum 2 plugs. It took longer to get the air box off the engine than it did to actually change the plugs. Got 7 of the 8 replaced. The last one on the passenger side had to be left in, I got the retaining nut off but couldn't get my fat hand back far enough to change the plug. All the plugs looked decent with a little bit of the electrode worn away. Onboard computer showed a 1.5 mpg gain. Now the question, I want to drain and refill my auto tranny and transfer case. Am I missing something cause I couldn't find a drain on the transmission? I saw a plug on the transfer case. Whats the easiest way to drain and refill the tranny and the X-fer case?

you have to pull the tranny pan off.
im getting ready to do the same thing and re-adjust my bands, but im waiting on an in/lb torque wrench (really hard to find around here).
i think you have the 48re tranny? you might want to do a band adjustment too
while you have the pan off, you might as well change the trans filter.
here is some good info
