anybody heard of O-Nex HID Xenon Conversion Kit? are they any good? do you need a bi xenon kit for high/low to work on 08 ram hemi

i want some hids they look cleans especially 8000k but then i would have to get hids for my fogs so they dont get washed out or make the hids on the head lamp look bad. and ya i have fogs hahaa
