so i found a used oem bumper since i have a fat dent in my chrome part. it doesnt have opening for the fog lights, it has the little plastic guards or whatever they are, would i be able to just cut those out to fit my foglights?

 

They pop out and your fogs fit right in there place. You still need the plastic trim from your old bumper.
