rant!!
I would totally do that, except won't be able to find a pulley anywhere. guy on here couple weeks ago accidently broke his and could find the damn pulley anywhere. had to buy a whole new pump.
It probably heated up and fused to it??? Just a thought. OR, if you started to pull it off crooked, it will bind so bad it will feel like it's glued on. I would say try and tapping it back on and then using another pulley to try and pull it off. This time with the attitude that it's just not gonna come off and the simple fact that you won't give up on it. That calms me down and usually works for the most part.
Is this the pulley http://www.discountdodgechryslerjeep...layCatalogid=0 ?
took it to a shop to get it done. put the pulley puller in a vice and used an impact on it. guy said 'this is either gonna do it or break your pulley'...it worked

cheap immigrant labor? as of right now I could hire you for $.01, and it would be a raise
Oh, and I did weld a guys tailpipe back on his Lincoln a couple weeks ago, a neighbor in his 70's. I just told him I'd grind both sides back to good steel and weld it back on, never set a price, pretty much did it as a favor. Spent a good hour on it and he threw me a $20 when I was done. Woo Hoo!!!
why did u have to take the pulley off??? I have replaced my Power steering pump 3 times now and everytime i bought it from the dealer it came with a new pulley on it.... If you need one i have 3 old ones in the garage still
