Default Tranny issues / A/C Issue 06 Mega cab

I had mentioned a problem where my 06 Mega cab exhibited a delayed engagement when placed into gear after sitting for some time ....

I looked here on Dodgeforums for the 3rd gen TSB's but didnt find them .. could have missed then .. but

There is a "Customer Satisfaction Notification E16 Transmission Cooler Return Filter."

There is also a Service Bullentin about the Ram Mega cab A/C actuator lever. I have, if I remember correctly, read here that the entire dash has to come out. I dont think that is the case as mentioned in bulletin 24-021-05

I have the 5/100 Maxi care .. so Ill be calling the warranty folks this morning.

I have both in pdf form if anyone would like to look.

the delayed engagement is no big deal. my 06 does it. not a warranty issue as there is no problems that can result. the filter bleeds back some and takes 5 seconds on startup to fill up. I find that if you dont try to immediately go and wait 5 seconds, there is no delay. as for your ac issue, it is common on the mega cabs for the doors to break in the heater box.
