what should the idle RPMs be?

what should the idle RPMs be?
i've got the 4.7 l engine, and i noticed that i have a rough idle and my RPMs seem to be lower than they used to be at idle. i've got an evap code popping up so i think that may be effecting it. right now my RPMs are at 500 at idle. think a throttle body cleaning is in order?
