There is a part from Mopar that will funnel the air from the hole in the hood over to behind the headlight where the Mopar CAI filter sits.

well you can get them cheaper at the dealership. im looking at one (used) for less then half that just shipping sucks

Dodge makes the parts to make the SRT10 hood 'ram air' but they cost about $400. You can also get a Volant system that puts a scoop right behind the SRT10 scoop to make it 'ram air'. The Volant part number is 36957.
