Hey yall just about done installing a performance accessories 3" body lift on 08 dodge ram 1500. I rain into a little problem. I can not get the steering shaft back together. I was wondering if yall used the steering sgaft extension that came in the kit? Cuz it seems to long. I tryed to connect the steering shaft back together without the extension and its to short. How did yall get your steering shaft back in when installing the body lift?

yeah man you gotta use the extension. sometimes you have unbolt the 2 bolts holding the steering wheel column inside the cab, to allow the column to move toward the drivers seat, allowing you to put the extension on. then once you get the extension on you should be be able to slide the column back into its original position.
