Default lights issues

i got a 02 dodge ram 1500 4.7 with manual tranny , running lights dont work ,brake lights come on with key on, but key off work fine , and its got no reverse lights, i am not sure if there all one big problem, i didnt have much time to check them today , i did jump the running light relay and they worked (and had power at the fuses) but when i put the relay back in there is no power at the fueses , i searched for other threads about the same issiue and it seems like the fuse block is at falt , would this cause theses other problems , thanks kyle

I'm not sure how much time you want to put in to this problem of yours but the first thing I would do is replace all of my relays. and i know this sounds like a "duh" answer but check and re-check the bulbs. if that doesn't fix the prob. then i would disassemble the fuse box. I did it to mine just to see how it was put together and to trace some circuits and it isn't as complicated as many may say it is. If it is the fuse box it will be something simple because they are basically just plastic circuit boards with pins in them. Oh did you check the signal power to the relays. of course if you jump it out you will be supplying power straight to the lights however if the signal power from the switch to the relay isn't there or too low due to a ground then the relay will not connect the circuit.
