Default Torsion bar unloading

I can't find the answer anywhere..... How do I unload the torsion bar so I can change the keys? I have new keys here and a rented ball joint press from Advance Auto. I've read several time it can be done with a press... How exactly do I do it? What am I pressing on? LOL please help.

a 2 arm heavy duty gear puller is what i used.first you have to take the bolt out that is pushing on the key then hook one arm on both sides and push on the factory key til you can slide the wedge out then release pressure off key

Thanks for the replies. I was able to do it with the ball joint press. It wasn't easy because the press isn't angled like a regular unloading tool, but it worked. Thanks for the tips, I had no idea what I was supposed to be pressing on. The job was done in under 2 hours and I'm glad I didn't pay anyone to do it.
