This a hemi ram or no? The guy swears it is but I just don't see how a double cab tacoma could hang like that.

I dont see any hemi badge.... So it is possible that he have 4.7 and he have off road trim.

 

Yea that's what I was thinking....the tone of the engine sounds hemi ish though. I test drove a 05 v6 extended cab prerunner before I bought the ram and although light it just doesn't have the grapes.

I can put this to rest as I have done this exact run against my friends tacoma with the V6 and I have a QC HEMI and I walked all over him that has to be a 4.7 because he would have pulled away so much more at the start and then kept it they are quick but no hare that dodge owner should be ashamed but sinces its a 4.7 maybe not lol

 

I admit lol amusing to lose to a toyota but its a 4.7L. A hemi would have gotten at least 2-3 truck lengths by the end of that race.

Lets put a real 4.7l against that toyota, wheres air ram lol...

 

That doesn't look like a hemi to me. Taking a look at how long it took them to reach the speed the guy showed at the very end, I would put my money on it being a 4.7.

 

Thats a 4.7... Idk if the back "4x4 offroad" sticker is on hemis too but it's on my 4.7...
