Default Debadged 05

Well i finally debadged my truck using the advice from you guys. It looks great and I only left the ram head on the tailgate. I waxed the area were the ram 1500 logo was and still have a ghosting effect. How long till this goes away? It really isn't noticable unless you catch it in the right light but still annoying to me. I'll post pics when i get home, might remove cats today

Wheres the pics? As far as that ghosting affect, try washing it down and then claybar it, and then follow it up with a fresh coat of wax and that should get rid of the ghosting. I noticed it on mine after I debadged it and that took it away, and made it shine really nice too...

You could probably use a little compound to get it out as well. Then wax it of course.

Lets see some pics of the debadging. I didn't have any ghosting when I debadged but I would think a little rubbing compound would get rid of the ghosting effect.
