pics of bubbling glass....
glass definately...cuz i got my window retinted thinking it was the tint....well...the tint guy showed me before he put the new tint back on....and sure nuff....it's the glass...that just pisses me off.
Yeah man this happened on my tahoe on both side of the windshield. I was told its the glue separating from the glass, Its not going to affect anything it just looks like crap....
ok just looked at your pic again and realized it was the door, and that makes absolutely no sense....weird...good luck bro.

Door glass isn't laminated, it's tempered. But that violates everything I know about tempered glass, because tempering is a heat treatment that leaves the glass with a hard outer shell and a liquid core, it doesn't make any sense that air could get in there and have the glass still be intact, your window should be "popcorned" in a thousand little pieces right now.
Side windows are normally standard tempered (single layer) glass, but not in this case.
The problem is that water can get into the raw edge of the glass and begins to cause the plastic inter layer to discolor (white) and to delaminate. (usually extending about 2-3mm.)
Windshields do not usually show this delamination/discoloration problem to the same extent as the side windows because they are usually bonded to the aperture for strength thus preventing water ingress/damage.
Contact your insurance company. They may replace your window for you. Most cover windshield damage, who knows you may get lucky.

MOPAR uses a "double glazing" (laminated) on the side windows for noise reduction.

update....this is a growing problem with 06 and up dodge's....06 was the first year they started laminating these windows to be more like a windshield...during a crash it will help keep u inside the truck vs shattering and letting u fly out.....anyways...130 installed for new glass.

what a dumb thing for dodge to do, it's called buckle up and you ain't gonna go flying, DUH!
jeez, dodge should replace that for free since they screwed up IMO.
