Hey anyone use the diy herculiner roll on. I want a bed liner but looking to save some cash at the same time. Thanks Andrew

i don't have it personally but my friend used it on his S-10, it isn't as thick as Rhino liner or LineX. If your not using your bed for serious work or anything to brutal it seems to hold up pretty good.

I sprayed the tub of my jeep with it. Thickness all depends on how much you put on. You can make it thick or thin. The only thing i didn't like about it was how slick it was when it was wet. I put it on really thick, like 3mm thick so it was kinda like line-x, really smooth to the touch, and really slick when wet. Plus it stunk forever, like forever forever, any time it got hot, which is like 8 months a year in Arkansas.

I used it on a relative's truck and wouldn't do it again. It was easy to apply but it isn't anywhere near as durable as the commercial alternatives. Actually I don't want a spray-on at all -- give me a drop-in liner any day.

And before anybody says drop-ins rust the bed, I removed the liner from a 92 Chevy that we bought new. When the truck was totaled in 2004, the only paint not peeling off the truck was under the liner -- it looked showroom new.

I put one on a few weeks ago. Went on easy, looks great. We'll see how it holds up. I also put the uv protectant on. I dont use my bed everyday, mostly on the weekends so I don't forsee any problems.
