I DO NOT use ebay. I DO NOT use Pay Pal. I only make online purchases with reputable dealers that also have retail outlets. I have been searching, but all that comes up is ebay. Am I out of luck? And don't tell me to make my own, I want them to look good not like ****.

There are some people out there who own small auto shops and can order them for you (at least there are a few near me) or you can even go through a dealer but I would try to get price quotes if you ask around, let us know if that guy can come through for you

they're on the top of the headlight, they're slanted downward and get thicker towards the grille

Does anyone have these installed over halo lights? Will it cover part of my halo ring on a 08?

 

yeah it should cover a small portion of the halo and an even smaller portion of the halo in front of the parking lights as the eyelid begins.
