HID Bulbs..Plug & Play?

Hey all,

Looking for a bit of help here...I am looking to purchase a set of HID bulbs, 10,000K, for my headlights and fogs...are there bulbs out there that are simply plug and play versions, or will I need the whole conversion kit installed as well?

Yep, real HIDs and not falsely advertised painted bulbs need ballasts.
