i recently put in a 63 series K and N cold air intake and once in a while when my truck is cold or sits over night there is a hesitation in the start up. has anyone else had this problem or is this a normal happening? when i use my truck during the day is starts up fine no problem its just when it sits overnight sometimes there is a slight hesitation. anyone have any similar occurances or suggestions?

i have an '08 5.7 and i have an aem cai and mine hesitates too on start up after a colder night. during the day and with regular driving, it is fine. it's just alittle hesitation between turning the key and the actual engine start up. i do know that my '08 has start assist which means you don't have to crank the key for the engine to start up, just a little turn. this assist seems to help, being that i just found out about it from the dealer bc i went there asking them about the hesitating and they said there is nothing to worry about..
