Exclamation No Response In Door

I have a 2002 Ram 1500 Quad Cab. The rear drivers side window does not work from the switch on the drivers door or the rear door switch. The rear door lock also doesnt work with the power lock button on the drivers door. As if this was not enough for that door the speaker doesnt work either. I have checked for power to the motor in the door and I have it at the switch and then down to the motor. The speaker could be unrelated but it is weird. Any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well you say you have 12v at the motor so you either have a bad window motor OR a bad ground. I would either get a spare battery and sit it by the door and jump (+) and (-) to the motor or get your batter cables out and go from the battery towards the door and then use jumper wires from the other ends of the battery cables to the window motor and see it you can get it to move. If not, then you know you have a bad motor.

Default Problem Found

The boot that goes into the door that holds all the wires somehow got pinched and cut all the wires except two. That explains why i had power. Soldered them all back up and is working fine. Finally a cheap fix! Thanks
