Default Electical plug on Differential??

Hello,
What is the electrical plug on the rear differential? I'm thinking maybe a rear wheel speed sensor. I also heard someone mention a gear counter. I want to do a gear change and my SC3865 menu has tire size/gear ratio. I have selected the proper tire size, but I don't see a selection gear ratios. So I have two questions, what's the electrical plug and how do I select a new gear ratio?

It's the speed sensor and I'm pretty sure it's also the RABS sensor.
Gear ratio doesn't matter since it's measuring ring gear speed (same as wheel speed) and that doesn't change no matter the gear ratio. On vehicles that measure speed using the driveshaft speed, the gear ratio matters.
