where to buy a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
the check engine light will come on along with the ETC light and i loose all throttle response .. this is all random no ryme or reason when it happends and i can mostly pull over reset the ignition switch a few times and then it works again i wen to autozone and had it scanned and they gave me p2175 owair flow/restricted detected eplanation the calculated MAP value is greater than the expected MAP value proble cause:
b1-restricted air inlet
b2 open or short circuit condition
b3 fialed map sensor
b4- failed tp sensor
b1-restricted air inlet
b2 open or short circuit condition
b3 fialed map sensor
b4- failed tp sensor
#1 is the APP sensor, good luck. I still don't think it's your problem, but I've often swapped things out for the sake of ruling the component out as the source of a problem...

Nope. it's not on the pedal. The APPS is under the battery tray. At least on the 03-04 1500 Hemi it is. There is a cable from the pedal to a small black box under the battery. It's easiest to get to if you remove the inner fender liner.
I've posted these pictures in my other thread titled, Hemi Throttle Issues. I spent 2 hours this morning ripping my truck apart to get to this damn thing. When I called the dealer for a price, I had to ask if it came with a tube of KY. For that much $, it ought to!
