1.7 harland sharp rollor rocker help the down low power
superchips for sure
14x3 like above
fastman throttle body
open up the exhaust with a catback and a highflow cat
check you plenum as the 5.9 are prone to get a leak and that will make you lose alot of performace and a 180 tstat along with a tune up
change to sythetic oil

Superchips, throttle body and some harland sharp 1.7 rr's will wake your engine up real nice.

What lastrights said are about right, I still have my old dodge with the 5.2 magnum which reacts about the same, the 14X3 actually did more for my truck than the CAI that my friend put in his, we were both pretty even altogether on everything done with our trucks at that point in time, and both of us added are intakes pretty close to the same time, and afterward mine just unleashed my engines power but his barely noticed a gain at all.
The plenum is a very common problem in the old magnums, but the 2002's dont seem to have as much of a problem altogether so you might be fine in that department

I'll sell you my Volant CAI and my Superchips 3865 Tuner for $400 and I'll pay for shipping. I had them both on my 2002 Dodge Ram 5.9. Let me know.
