No its an entirely different setup, Im not compairing brand names Im compairing parts. take a look at the two setups and tell me that they are not completely different from a design stand point.

Nice, They practically give you all the info needed to build one of those! You can prob buy the tie-rod style bars fairly cheap online made to order sizes! Brackets can always be fabbed.
I think either one will do what your looking for.
