Default Windshield Wipers

Hi, I'm new to the forum and i have an 04 Dodge 1500 hemi 2wd, and there's a problem with my Windshield wiper switch i believe, when i turn them over to the first click, they don't work, i have to pretty much turn them on the highest setting to just get them to work, what do you guys believe could be wrong with them? I would appreciate any help.

you have a bad multi-function lever, if your truck is under warrenty your dealership can fix that in about an hour, I have the same problem with my last truck and that was the problem, so just tell them you need a new multi-function lever...

The first thing to try is to switch out the 2 relays in the Power Distribution Box under the hood. The relays in there are all the same, you'll have to look at the layout print on the cover of the box to find out which two you have to change out with any of the others. There also has been some mention here on the forum of wires in the steering column getting pinched and cut/ or burned. Try the relays first then take it from there
