Hello, new here


Ok, i have an 05 dodge ram 1500 four door lonestar edition truck. I like the new large tailgate emblems (on the back) that are on the 09 trucks.
I would like to maybe buy one and put it on the back of my truck, but my question is honestly do you all think i should leave it as is or would it look "ok" to switch emblems?

its happening quite often on the other forum. Do it, almost anything that sets you apart is worth it

They look good and raider has it positioned just about perfect.

 

I have an 07 that had the B I G H O R N in letters badge and replaced it with the 2008/2009 jumping Ram because I thought it was cooler. When I first saw the 2009 tailgate emblem I bought it immediately and replaced it. It looks awesome on my 2007. I maybe a bit partial but I really think it looks better on my 2007 than it does on the 09's. GET IT. It sets my truck apart without dressing it up too much...cuz its a factory emblem.

 

and yes - Raider Jay has his emblem placed perfect. Mine is in the same place.

 

You either like it or hate it. There are 4th genners that do not like the bigger emblem. I personally like it.

Oh, and before you get an idea to trade with a 4th Gen owner, it will not work. They are recessed into the 4th Gen gate.
