Use that to your advantage. Tell them how you like the truck but that the exhaust is a turn off bc you have a young kid/ have hearing problems/ whatever you can come up with. See if you can get them to knock off some cash by telling them that you will have to switch out the exhaust. Then you can use some of the money they knock off to buy yourself a tuner to turn the MDS off with and get to keep the loud exhaust.

Just as a reference I just bought a 07 Ram 4X4 5.7 QC Big Horn for $19,400.00 with 32,000 miles and it is a certified vehicle. I found several small things after buying it that the dealer fixed for not cost because it was certified. They replace the center cupholder (over $200.00 normally), replace the wiring to the DC outlet in the center arm rest, and they are still looking for a replacement standard 20" Rim for one that had a chunk out of the lip.

I tried to get them to put on new tires but they would not budge on that one, but did agree to sell me a set of Cooper Discovery HT Plus for cost at $115.00

My residual value that they came up with when i bought mine would be 10kmi/yr 2yr lease residual would be $18,800.
That means my truck would have 20kmi and would be worth 18,800 in their books
ohh, sticker was $37.7k

I wouldn't pay near $22900 unless it has a tow package, has mainenance proof of "well maintained" and if they get rid of those crappy Wrangler HP's. They have to be more than half worn w/35kmi even if it was highway miles. The truck is 3 model years old now. Price should be at $20k
