Hey guys, I just got an 03 2500 Hemi with a little front end damage, I am being told by the body shop that the fender is a welded inner and outer like the 94-02 trucks but I am having a hard time seeing where it is welded. Can any one confirm whether it is a welded inner and outer?

 

I not sure what you mean by welded inter - outer.
My 03 has a rubber inter and the fender is bolted on.
