I had 6X9's in the front door and 5 1/4's behind the seats in the side walls in my 04.

dodge likes to use the 6x9's up front and the 5.25's in the rear like what chambers said. some packages also had 2 in. tweets under the dash next to the window vents. if you're looking to get some good sounds i would suggest taking out the 6x9's and install a reducer with a 6.5 instead. 6x9's are garbage and what we like to call ghetto bumpers. the 6.5's are louder, clearer, and an all around better speaker. i also discovered that if you use a 6 in. speaker instead of the 5.25, it fits and seals better and sounds a helluva lot tougher. thats what i did and i'm hitting 134dB only pushing 40 watts to the doors and 100 to each sub. once i switch out my amps and run thicker wires, i'll be playing in the 140's. =)
