What's best to use to shine up my factory rims?
I have an 05 dodge ram 1500, bought it recently at an auto store and the rims were shiny, i could see my reflection. But now they appear a little faded...what can i buy to make them shiny again??
Here's my truck with the factory rims: http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/1492/image152w.jpg |
There are all kinds of wheel polishes and waxes out there, any of them with a little elbow grease will do the trick I'm sure. The mothers wheel polish with the buffing ball works real good.

:icon_lolsign:you can use aftermarket wheels to make them shine better. LOL

simple green, i clean the little chrome i have with it, shines it nice. it initially has a fog on the chrome, so i go back over with a damp cloth to clean off the residue.

I use the Mothers power cone and polish. Works really well. I highly reccomend it.

mothers, meguiars, etc etc, all suck! they will add a little shine to em, but will not produce amazing results. ive gone through em all.

I thought someone here once said simple green would eat through the chrome or something along those lines
