Default SQUEAKING is driving me nuts

I have an 03 2wd Ram 1500
My Front Suspension is squeaking so bad I dont even want to drive the Truck anymore. I have greased up every joint I could find but its not getting any better. Do they sell polyurethane bushing kits, or is there something else you reccommend I try first. Could it just be that my shocks are SHOT???

Thank you for your help

regarding the poly kit. I did a quick search and I didn't find anything. You should try replacing the shock and see if that helps. They may just be shot. or I could be completely wrong. LOL

I got crackle like squeaking when I did the rough country level kit. im thinking its just the arms and tie rods being worn. you might check that area too. time to replace?

Squirt everything that looks like it might be a problem with some WD40 and if it still squeaks look at the ball joints. My guess is it's ball joints.
good luck..

ball joints will knock more than they will squeak if they are going out. i was searching for a poly kit for my front end and never really found one. although, you can get just about every part seperatly from rockauto.com

I had the squeak from hell. It sounded like old bed springs. I found slack in the driver’s side lower ball joint. I then greased it with a needle injection. The noise went away. I still need to replace it. It did “knock” prior to the squeak. With no grease fitting on suspension joints people are seeing failures before their time.
