Hmm U-joints on your driveshaft maybe? Wheels not balanced? A ball/lump on your tires?

Can you be more specific? what kind of vibration and where does it feel like its coming from? I've had vibrations from my tires needing to be balanced, so you could try that as well, but its easy to tell if you need to replace your universals, get under the truck and try moving around your driveshaft

Does it get worse with speed? I had a tire that went bad, couldn't feel it until the truck was doing 55-60, and at 70 it was unbearable. But +1 on checking the U-Joints.

Default checking u-joints

when I checked my u-joints in my 06 ram it didnt move like i thought it
would until my friend showed me you have to hold the yoke with one hand and hold the drive shaft with the other and kinda twist them in the opposite direction of each other if there is a little play
in it, its bad. you have to check both ends. then again it could be a tire
i had one that had my whole back end rocking back and fourth looked at the tire it had a long huge lump in it.

Bourbon might be onto something I did have a clicking noise coming from the truck and couldnt figure where it was coming from. I will go under and see if there is any play from the driveline.
